Which cloud printers do you support?
You can use any EPSON receipt printer in their cloud-compatible Omnilink Series, such as the T20II-i. You can purchase these from your current POS equipment distributor, or we can provide a referral.
Once you add our server’s URL to your Omnilink printer configuration page, it will initiate contact with the H1 print queue, and new orders start printing immediately.
What other hardware is required?
You can use any web-connected device, while running a modern browser (e.g., Google Chrome or Safari). Hospitality One is a web application, so guests can access your menu, and staff can access their dashboard, by simply browsing to a URL.
Does H1 process payments?
Yes, Hospitality One provides an end-to-end solution, from the guest login to online payment. This is not required: you can accept and record cash payments with H1, or process via any offline terminal or gateway. We are integrated with Heartland / Global Payments, one of the world’s largest merchant payment processing firms, so customer payments are deposited directly into your bank account.

Sure! We’d love to schedule a time to walk through the backend of the system with you. In the meantime, you can view a sample end user menu and place orders with a ‘test’ credit card (4111 1111 1111 1111, exp 12/2025 cvv 123).
