H1 was built using the industry’s latest ‘serverless’ architecture, to meet the unique hourly, daily and seasonal peaks in the hospitality sector. We don’t maintain servers: our application scales in real time, to deliver the same performance during peak hours, when you need it most.

Our platform is hosted on the world’s most secure and reliable cloud infrastructure: AWS. It’s ready to serve you and your guests, whenever and wherever you need it. Guests can access the Menu via WiFi or cellular data, Orders can be viewed from any staff device, and Tickets are delivered to any location via cloud printers.

Fully Mobile.

Guests can order just as easily from their mobile phone, as they can from a tablet or laptop. Your staff won’t need fixed terminals to enter orders, configure the menu or upload photos. All functions of the H1 dashboard are accessible from any mobile device. Your team stays mobile, available to guests at all times.

Hospitality One is modular and scalable, to meet the needs of your operation. We provide a full Content Management System for your product catalog, so you can present items in any combination of product category, fulfillment type or schedule. H1 will also maintain your Guest List, Discounts and Order History.
